It's also a pretty lightweight mouse, too, though does come with additional weights if you want a more solid feel.

Excuse me? A mouse for $10 that's actually decent? Well, now I've seen it all. This EVGA mouse has eight buttons, five profiles, and a price in the single digits. It's wired, and that's my only gripe with it, but you can't really get a good wireless mouse under $10 without some serious retail discount magic.

It's super-fast and that sensor is impressively accurate, too, and that Deathadder design is seriously comfortable, too. I hope you'll forgive me for the measly discount and take this as a good mouse recommendation if you need one.

Look, I get it, not everyone loves the clickety clack or satisfying thock of a mechanical keyboard, and we won't judge here. And you can get yourself our pick as the best membrane keyboard for a decent price right now. It's softer, quieter, but still suprisingly tactile for a membrane switch board.

This is another favorite product of ours, in fact, we think it's the best budget rapid trigger gaming keyboard you can buy right now. Even aside from the Hall effect switches and rapid trigger capabilities, this is a lovely board to type on in general, with an excellent wireless battery life, too.

Asus ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless | 96% | Tru-Mode connection | switch dampening pads | best gaming keyboard right now thanks to its stellar sound dampening and key feel. It's small and features hot-swappable switches, and these are two features that many PC gamers want these days.

Razer Ornata V3 | Wired | TKL | Low-profile keys | Mecha-membrane switches | $79.99 $49.99 at Amazon (save $30)

So this is a keyboard that's kind of neither here nor there, and personally, I actually liked that about it. Mecha-membrane switches feel clicky enough, but are still not on the same level as a full-on mechanical keyboard, so it's a good way to ease into it. The Razer Ornata V3 is low-profile, soft, and not too loud. It's also massively discounted right now, so if you're not ready to try out a mechanical keyboard, this is a good first step.

Secretlab Titan Evo | $549 $499 at Secretlab (save $50)
The Secretlab Titan Evo is comfortably the comfiest gaming chair we've ever used. It not only feels great but looks the part and is super sturdy at the same time. The 2022 model got a markup from the previous one, but at $50 off, it's a mighty fine package, and one you won't beat soon.

Secretlab Magnus Pro | Magnus Pro XL we reviewed, but otherwise they are essentially the same quality desk. Though still pricey, Secretlab's Magnus Pro range is, as we put it in our review, "simply the ultimate desk for gaming and working from home". It's impeccably designed, super sturdy, and its capable management system is elegant.

3. Acer Nitro ED270U | 27-inch | 1440p | 170 Hz | VA | $249.99 $169.99 at Newegg (save $80)
This is a respectable brand and a respectable spec, although it might be worth holding out for an IPS . Still, a good price on a great little screen and more than enough for a mid-range rig to get some lovely sights.

OLED gaming still isn't as affordable as we'd like. But it's getting there. This 34-inch ultrawide QD-OLED beast is still a good deal at this price, however. The 175 Hz refresh is a tiny bit pedestrian, but it's plenty fast enough for us and in all other regards, this is the full OLED experience, including 0.03 ms response and serious HDR sizzle.

This is the absolute cheapest 1080p monitor I'd actually buy right now. A slightly curved 1080p screen with a 1 ms response time and 165 Hz refresh rate, it's a solid daily driver and a perfect second monitor.

Alright, this one is perhaps a tad big and expensive for a 1080p monitor, but the 32-inch curved screen offers quite a lot that none of our other choices do. If you are looking for a relatively budget-friendly entry point into curved monitors, this is a good way to do it at over $40 off its MSRP.

Here's a monitor we really rate from our Gigabyte M28U review. We actually loved this package for its blend of speed and resolution, even at its original $650 price tag. At this tantalizingly cheap price, it's that much better.

34-inch ultrawide 1440p gaming remains one of our firm favourites. It's a great compromise between lots of detail and decent frame rates. This Samsung gives you all that with 3,440 by 1,440 pixels, 165 Hz refresh, and 1 ms response. It's not the brightest at 250 nits. But if you can live with that, it's an awful lot of monitor for the money.

You know all those buzzwords marketing gurus like to throw around to sell you on a product? "Immersive." "Stunning." "Gorgeous."

Well, I'm not going to use those exact words, but I will tell you that gaming on a 49-inch curved ultrawide is something else. This monitor scored a whopping 90% in our review for a reason, and at nearly half the price, it's too good a deal to up on right now.

5. Lenovo Legion Go | Z1 Extreme | 8.8-inch screen | 16 GB RAM | 512 GB SSD | $699.99 $576.71 at Amazon
The Legion Go is one of the more polished handhelds on the market, with a sleek 8.8-inch screen and detachable controllers. That screen is a little overkill for the lil' AMD chip inside this machine, the Z1 Extreme also found in the ROG Ally, but it's great for playing indies on while relaxing. One of the controllers also becomes a mouse if you need it, which is a bit of a gimmick but works pretty well. The main downside here is the small SSD, but it's a pretty easy upgrade later on.

I like me a good desktop PC under $1,000, and Acer is a brand that I know to be safe to recommend. This is the easiest way to get a plug-and-play kind of experience out of your gaming PC. With Windows 11 already included, all you need to do is power this one up, install some drivers, and start gaming without absolutely smashing the bank.

MSI Vector 16 HX AI, Intel Ultra 9, RTX5080 Gaming Laptop | $3,520 $3,000 at Newegg (save $520)

This is one pricey laptop, but with $520 in savings, I'll take it. It comes with Intel's Core Ultra 9 275HX U, 32 GB of RAM, a spacious 2 TB SSD, and, of course—drumroll, please—Nvidia's RTX 5080 GPU. With a sweet 240Hz refresh rate and a compact-but-not-too-small 16-inch display, this is a gaming laptop that'll breeze through almost anything.

For anyone turning up their nose at the previous listing, this laptop is a mighty beast. Boasting one of the best GPUs you you can stuff into this form factor, this laptop is sure to tackle all your gaming needs.

This PC is an absolute beast with a price tag to match. Still $600 off the MSRP is nothing to sneeze at and you get to grab one of the most powerful Alienware machines currently on offer.

SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless Headset | PlayStation Version (PC compatible) | 40 mm drivers | Fully retractable mic arm | Active Noise Cancellation | 10–40,000 Hz | 30 hr battery | best wireless gaming headsets around. It may not come with the most amazing mic, but the Sonar feature in the GG software does a fantastic job of fixing the fuzziness.

1. HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless | 50 mm drivers | 15-21,000 Hz | Closed-back | Wireless | we reviewed it the only major negative we could find was a slightly uninspiring microphone. Absolutely worth a serious look this one, at any level of discount.

Turtle Beach Stealth 500 | Wireless | 30/40-hour battery life | 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth 5.2 | $79.99 $62 at Amazon (save $16.99)
If you're in need of a budget wireless gaming headset, it's hard to say no to the Stealth 500, with a new and comfortable headband, solid connectivity, a quick charge, and nice on-ear controls. It takes a hit in some areas (like build quality and bass) to get to that price point. For 20% off, it's a bit of a steal.

There's no getting away from it, $229 is still an awful lot of money to spend on a PC gaming headset, but the Maxwell delivers audiophile planar magnetic drivers, and that means you're getting wireless sound that standard PC gaming headsets cannot match. The tonal separation and detail in the Maxwell is second to none and they've never been more affordable. 'Cos yeah, I'm not going to say 'cheap', though compared with other planar magnetic headphones they kinda are.

iBuyPower Slate 9 Black | Ryzen 7 7800X3D | RX 9070 XT | 32 GB DDR5 | 1 TB SSD | $2,199.99 $1,799.99 at Newegg (save $400)
iBuyPower has its own deals going down for Memorial Day, but there aren't any RX 9070 XT machines on its own site to rival the rig on sale at Newegg right now. This is a mighty all-AMD gaming PC, rocking last generation's outright best gaming U alongside one of the best mid-range GPUs of the current crop. Not only that, but you're also getting a healthy amount of DDR5 memory, and a just-about-good-enough amount of SSD storage space.

Sapphire RX 9070 | 16 GB GDDR6 | 3584 shaders | 2520 MHz boost | $749.99 $699.99 at Newegg (save $100)
The RX 9070 is one of AMD's better GPUs for many years and not that much slower than the XT version. Unfortunately, it's not being sold at anything like a sensible price because stocks are extremely low—this is almost $200 over AMD's MSRP.

Zotac RTX 5070 | 12 GB GDDR7 | 6144 CUDA cores | 2452 MHz boost | $699 $629 at Newegg (save $70)

Nvidia's RTX 5070 was meant to sell at a $549 MSRP, which, strangely enough, makes this $629 GPU a decent deal. This one is better equipped to handle VRAM-hungry games, what with the 12 GB of video memory, and Multi Frame Gen gives it some extra oomph in the games that call for it. In our review of the RTX 5070 Founders Edition, we liked the 1440p performance, but we just didn't like the price.

Onyx Odyssey Arc B580 | 12 GB GDDR6 | 20 Xe cores | 2670 MHz | $319 $299 at Newegg

Here's a more budget-friendly option for all the gamers out there, and only $50 above MSRP. (I hate myself for saying that, but this is the world we live in right now.)

At launch, the Intel Arc B580 was praised far and wide for its performance per dollar. We loved the 12 GB VRAM, which is more than Nvidia's recent RTX 5060 can offer. The drivers were a little iffy at launch, which is a shame, but generally, this is a GPU that punches above its weight class.

The MSI Cyborg 14-inch serves up solid refresh rates, a popular discrete GPU, and an Intel U. You might run low on storage here as that's only sitting at 512GB, but that's nothing one of the best external SSDs can't fix. You can also find this one on Amazon if that's your preferred place to shop, but it's pricier and not on discount, selling for $1,099.
